First, I want to give a huge shoutout to my salesperson, Kayla. She was extremely accommodating, patient, and never pushy—which I really appreciated as someone who hates car shopping. She made the process far less stressful and was very thorough in walking me through everything. Even when an issue came up after the sale, she answered her phone on her day off and provided clear instructions on where to drop the car off for repairs. That level of commitment and customer care meant a lot.
A few days after purchasing, the alternator went out, and it turned out all the belts were bad—which was disappointing given the website states each car goes through a thorough inspection. I strongly recommend getting a pre-purchase inspection before buying, just to be safe.
That said, the dealership did make it right. They fixed the issues at no charge and even reimbursed my towing costs. I also think their 5-day/500-mile return policy is a great safety net and shows they’re willing to stand behind their vehicles.
